About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor Electrical Instrumentation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the safe and efficient operation of an assigned work unit, including assigning tasks, reviewing work, and implementing production plans according to approved schedules.
You will also participate in daily operational duties, performing difficult tasks as needed, inspecting work in progress, identifying problem areas, and directing remedial action. Additionally, you will conduct performance evaluations on subordinate staff, prepare estimates for staffing, materials, and equipment requirements, and maintain inventory records.
