- Assisting and delivering competency-based learning programs using already developed materials and tools.
- Assessing participants in the learning programs delivered to ensure customer development needs and quality standards are met.
- Following established learning and assessment schedules to ensure scheduled programs are delivered as planned.
- Accurately recording and reporting participant learning and assessment results.
- Providing technical support and advice to assist the Technical Training Department in meeting/exceeding customer expectations.
