Job Summary:

Assist the line crew with the construction, operation, and maintenance of FMBI power distribution system.

• Perform routine and non-routine repairs with a lineman.
• Construct and maintain high or low voltage electric power lines and structures with a lineman.
• Troubleshoot systems faults on power distribution lines with a lineman.
• Perform other duties as assigned with a lineman.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

One year of electrical experience OR Associate's degree in electrical OR Electrical JTED certification.

Able to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards.

Effective written, verbal, and communication skills to satisfy training, safety, and electronic message transmission policies of the company.

Able to perform the essential functions of the job at the time of the job offer with or without reasonable accommodations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Equipment operation experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Benefits:

The estimated pay range for this role is currently $23.00 - $31.00/hour.

This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.

Employees who are required to work on-site are eligible for a $750 monthly housing allowance, provided they meet program guidelines.
