Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Technician II to support our operations under general supervision. The successful candidate will assist with conventional to complex engineering projects, applying technical knowledge and skills to drive results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assembling data and assisting with problem-solving requiring basic theories and engineering fundamentals
* Utilizing computer programs to solve engineering problems
* Assisting with layout and design of various conventional to complex engineering projects
* Maintaining accurate and current project documentation
Requirements
Qualified candidates will possess:
* A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an engineering or technical area relevant to the assignment
* Knowledge of specialized equipment, methods, and techniques appropriate to the assignment, including GIS/GPS mapping techniques
* Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
* Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
* Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
