Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot process control systems to support operators and process engineers.
- Investigate the root cause(s) of poor performing processes, identify any process automation contributors, and execute corrective actions.
- Maintain alarm systems.
- Troubleshoot basic process instrumentation (basic sensors and actuation).
- Troubleshoot process control system communication networks and the plant historian.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline and three (3) years related experience in engineering relevant to Process Automation, OR Master's degree in appropriate Engineering discipline and two (2) years related experience in engineering relevant to Process Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer/Systems Engineering
