Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Supervisor Supply Chain who will supervise a cross-functional team of Supply Chain personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring and managing performance to ensure the effectiveness of the team, and resolve issues as needed in support of maintenance and operations at one or more sites.
The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Proficiency in SAP/S4/Hana, Excel, filtering, sorting, and data visualization tools is highly desirable.
The role involves supervising a team of Contract Controls Specialists and Materials Planning Specialists, providing direction and oversight of all site sourcing activities, managing and triaging subordinates' workload, monitoring KPI and forecasting performance measures, and ensuring adherence to General Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial laws (SEC), Company policies, internal controls (SOX) and Principles of Business Conduct (PBC).
