Where You Will Work
Located approximately 50 miles northeast of Safford, Arizona on U.S. Highway , Morenci operations (an open-pit copper mining complex) has been in continuous operation since . The operation consists of two concentrators, crushed-ore leach pad and stacking system, a low-grade run-of-mine (ROM) leaching system; four SX plants; and three EW tank houses that produce copper cathode.

Description
Under supervisory direction from the Supervisor Coffee Shop, this position coordinates the Coffee Shop area of the Recreation Center and assist in other areas at the Recreation Center as needed.
- Training Baristas and responsible for the total quality control of the Coffee Shop
- Reconcile all monies and discrepancies as per Company Policy
- Manage and maintain equipment in the Coffee Shop
- Maintain positive customer relations specifically in the Coffee Shop area and throughout the Recreation Center
- Remain current with all certifications, trends in industry, and safety standards
- Communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Promote a marketing plan for the ongoing development of the Coffee Shop
- Conform to established program budget(s), monitor expenditures, and provide assistance for budget development and cost control activities
- Maintain accurate records of inventory; and resolve discrepancies when they occur
- Assist in preparation of reports and other evaluation methods

What We Offer You
The estimated pay range for this role is currently $17.00 - $23.00 / hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
