Description
With limited supervision, provide detailed support for mill operations to make the best operational decision to maximize production using data driven tools such as TROI, PI and other plant KPIs. This position will be required to conduct themselves as a user advocate of these tools and actively work to improve them. This position will be required to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization around plant constraints and improvement opportunities.
- Continuous review of the plant throughput and recovery with ability to use data to diagnose grinding and floatation constraints and coordinate solutions with the operations team to drive plant performance improvement.
- Ensure TROI recommendation reviews are clearly communicated to the operators crew. Provide concise feedback on the recommendation reviews when directed to the data science team.
- Daily communication with the mine planning team and the operations team. Two way communication with the technical services department to understand and communicate to the operations team how the ore types will react in the plant.
- Train production crews in using TROI Recs to optimize production
- Perform other duties as requested

The estimated pay range for this role is currently $30.00 - $41.00 hourly . This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
