Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Stormwater Management Team Manager to lead and assist stormwater management projects in our Florida offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stormwater engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as lead teams of professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the analysis and preparation of technical reports for diverse projects, including open channels, closed conduit systems, drainage master planning, reviews of proposed developments, stormwater pump stations, quality and quantity designs, and transportation drainage design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis and preparation of technical reports for stormwater projects
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement project plans
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members
- Maintain and improve project quality control processes
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in stormwater management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable discipline
- Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain it within 6 months
- Experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, ICPR 4, ArcGIS, and Microsoft Office Suite
