Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Asset Manager located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of assigned real estate assets, including both residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing property performance, implementing asset management strategies, coordinating with resident and maintenance teams, oversight of capital improvements, and management of bill pay processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Asset Management, Real Estate, and or Property Management
- Project Management and Organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or previous work experience
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Yardi Breeze
