This position will work closely with our Quality Manager. Qualifications and Requirements
Duties
· Root cause analysis (8D)
· Verification of supplier certifications (material and outside processing).
· Participate in the non-conformance process, including the initiation of an NCMR during inspection and testing.
· Participate in quality audit activities (product audits, layered process audits, dock audits, etc.).
· Participate in calibration activities.
· Participate in quality system development and continual improvement activities.
· Participate in special projects as assigned.
· Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
· Manage and maintain records and files efficiently
· Maintain accurate records of test results and ensure compliance with quality standards
· Perform quality control inspections and provide assurance that products meet high standards
· Assis with writing, revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), and other quality-related documentation
· Support investigations related to customer complaints and non-conformance
Experience
· Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· Excellent PC skills, including Excel and Word, required.
· Capable of learning and participating in the development and improvement of systems, processes, and procedures.
CMM Manager DCC Standard Software knowledge is a major plus
