Press Operator - 1st Shift

Freeway Corporation is seeking a Press Operator to join our team on 1st Shift. The Press Operator is preferred to have previous experience with setting up and operating stamping presses. The successful candidate will be diligent and flexible, with a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Capable of setting up and operating stamping presses ranging from 20 to 400 ton.
• Responsible for setting the tooling and operating the press safely.
• Responsible for documenting the production.
• Ability to use tools including, but not limited to, calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
• Able to problem solve and employ trouble-shooting efforts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Must be able to physically lift 50lbs.
• 3 years of press experience preferred.
