Job Description:

Freeway Ford is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Apprentice Technician to join our growing service department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for automotive repair who is looking to gain hands-on experience and grow into a certified Automotive Technician role.

Job Type & Schedule:

• Full-time

• Monday – Friday

• 8-hour shifts

• No weekends, Evenings, or Holidays
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians with routine maintenance and repair tasks

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

• Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures

• Participate in training and development opportunities

• Shadow experienced technicians to develop technical skills

• Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members

• Uphold Freeway Ford’s values of professionalism and customer satisfaction
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an automotive tech program preferred

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

• Strong interest in automotive repair and diagnostics

• Willingness to learn and grow within a team environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time

• Professional appearance and positive attitude
