What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Supervisor position at Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC?
Pay: $26.00 per hour
• Accountable for the team’s timely completion and accuracy of assignments based upon preset deadlines.
• Responsible for review of files and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Document processes and procedures. Issue timely notifications of exceptions.
• Improvement of processes, increasing efficiencies whilst ensuring proper internal controls are in place.
• Preparation of schedules needed for financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Lead communications on status and coordination of work
• Work collaboratively with other accounting teams to ensure financial completeness and accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with supporting Retail Operations and Sales teams.
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
