What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at FREEWAY LANES BOWLING?
We're looking for the perfect candidate to join our team! They should have experience as a bartender, have their RBS certification, food handler certificate, and be willing to learn the bowling desk duties as well. This would include customer service, assigning bowling lanes, and cleaning up.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
RBS Certified
Food Handler Certification
One year of bartending experience
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- RBS training certificate
