What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin/Recruiter position at Freight Breakers LLC?
We are seeking a new to role but motivated Admin/Recruiter to join our team. Our operation is fairly simple, and we have no problem teaching and training you for the role. Having prior experience with Admin/ Recruiter roles is wonderful and would be ideal.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting:
- Posting ads
- Scheduling and conducting interviews
- Obtaining and verifying hiring documents.
- Sending and checking onboarding emails
- Conducting a basic orientation for new hires
Administration:
- Data entry (Entering attendance and timecards)
- Office organization
Requirements:
- Computer experience (General websites, Office Word and Excel)
- Organizational skills (Be able to maintain an applicant tracker for interviews and new hires)
- Attention to detail (Checking for typos and expired documents)
- Willingness to learn (We are always looking to be better and try new things to be more efficient)
