Do you have what it takes to achieve huge earnings? Our RECRUITER program rewards you on three levels of recruiting, boosting commissions for leveraging your network while expanding ours. There are no limits on the number of referrals PLUS the commissions are paid each month with the recurring subscriptions!
$5 for every subscriber by direct referral (purchased using your link)
$2 for every level 2 subscriber (purchased through your referrals' link)
$1 for every level 3 subscriber (purchased through your referrals' referrals' link)
For example:
Level 1: You bring in 10 paid referrals (10 x 5 = $50/month).
Level 2: They each bring in 10 referrals (10 x 10 = 100 x $2 = $200/month).
Level 3: Each of those referrals brings in 10 referrals (100 x 10 = 1000 x $1 = $1000/month).
You would earn $1250 each month for as long as all subscriptions are renewed. And that's if you nor anyone else in your network adds any other paid referrals!

Utilizing your premium skills in technical recruiting and negotiation, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. Your relevant expertise in ATS and employee relations will further enhance our recruitment strategies, making you a vital part of our team dedicated to organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various recruiting platforms and ATS to track applicants and streamline processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Conduct negotiations and extend job offers while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance talent acquisition strategies and improve candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with technical recruiting and talent management
- Proficient in using ATS systems and HR sourcing techniques
- Experience in interviewing and campus recruitment
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws, as well as employee relations
- Ability to manage relationships and conduct cold calling effectively
