We are seeking a dynamic International Sales Executive with expertise in air and ocean freight logistics and an established book of business to drive revenue growth and client acquisition. Based in Houston, TX, or New York, NY, this role focuses on leveraging existing relationships while developing new opportunities to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your existing book of business to generate new revenue opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow customer accounts.
• Build lasting client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for logistics needs.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Collaborate with operations for seamless client implementation.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide performance reports.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in international air and ocean freight sales with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
• Book of Business: Proven ability to bring a portfolio of established client relationships.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, client management, and communication skills; in-depth understanding of international shipping regulations.
• Technical: Proficiency in CRM tools and logistics software (e.g., CargoWise), Microsoft Office Suite.
