A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Join our LTL sales team and play a key role in helping businesses find the best shipping solutions! In this role, you'll use a mix of sales strategies and customer service expertise to educate clients on the benefits of partnering with FreightCenter. Your goal? To provide top-tier service while securing the most efficient freight solutions for our customers.

** PLEASE NOTE: all positions are in our_ Palm Harbor, FL _office and we do not offer remote positions. **

• Guaranteed base pay of $15.50, plus uncapped monthly bonuses
• Position Title: National Account Manager in our sales department
• Shift: 10 am to 7 pm, alternating 1 or 2 Saturdays per month or 11 am to 8 pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Outbound calls and emails to the leads assigned to you, No Cold Calling!
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships
• Apply different sales techniques to offer tailored solutions based on individual customer needs.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and motivation in your work.
• Retain existing customers and explore upselling opportunities by showcasing the wide variety of services we offer.
• Consistently close deals with a focus on service-oriented solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills via phone and email.
• Ability to actively listen
• Computer Savy: Must be able to navigate multiple tabs. Proficient in word, excel, and Google Drive
• Goal-oriented
• New agents will start on a 9 am to 6 pm shift, alternating about 1 Saturday per month
• A problem solver
• The ability to adapt to new technology
• Eager to learn and hungry for money
