Position Type: Sales Position title: National Account Manager
Shift: 10 am to 7 pm or 11 am to 8 pm, alternating about 1 Saturday shift per month
What You’ll Do:
As a National Account Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting businesses with seamless shipping solutions—no cold calling required! You'll assist clients in determining their shipping needs, build lasting relationships, and grow your book of business with customers who ship regularly. In your customers’ eyes, you are their #1 shipping solution—ensuring their freight is delivered on time and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Build rapport and close deals by explaining service capabilities & overcoming objections
- Expand sales within existing accounts by introducing additional services
- Provide exceptional service to maintain long-term relationships and encourage repeat business
- Stay ahead in your career with ongoing education and training
