Role Description:

Join our LTL sales team and play a key role in helping businesses find the best shipping solutions! In this role, you'll use a mix of sales strategies and customer service expertise to educate clients on the benefits of partnering with FreightCenter. Your goal? To provide top-tier service while securing the most efficient and cost-effective freight solutions for our customers.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills – You enjoy helping people and can clearly communicate solutions.
• Sales Experience is a Plus – But not required! If you're willing to learn, we’ll train you.
• Tech-savvy – Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Ability to Multitask & Prioritize – Stay organized while handling multiple client needs.
• Goal-Oriented & Self-Driven – You’re motivated to succeed and push for results.
• Financially Motivated – You see the value in growing your income through hard work.

Schedule & Location:

• Location: Palm Harbor, FL – onsite only; remote positions not available.
• Shift: 10 am to 7 pm with one or two Saturdays per month or 11 am to 8 pm
• Hours: 40 hours per week, no overtime
