Mattress Delivery Driver / Helper

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mattress Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mattresses to our customers' homes while ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities : Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport mattresses to customer locations. Load, unload, and transport mattresses in a manner that prevents damage. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers, adhering to scheduled time slots. Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns. Confirm delivery details with customers, including item condition and delivery instructions. Assist with the setup and installation of mattresses (if applicable). Ensure that all delivery paperwork, including delivery receipts and customer signatures, is completed accurately. Maintain and clean the delivery vehicle regularly. Follow all traffic and safety regulations while driving. Report any vehicle issues or delivery concerns to management promptly. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment. Requirements : Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Ability to lift and carry heavy items (mattresses typically range from 30 to 150 pounds). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
