Final Mile Contract Driver
As a Final Mile Contract Driver, you'll be responsible for the crucial final leg of the delivery process, ensuring packages get from the warehouse directly to customers' doors.
Do you have a drive for independence and a strong work ethic? We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as 1099 Contractor Driver positions. Deliver and assemble furniture, electronics, washer / dryer sets and other miscellaneous items at customer’s homes. Be your own boss and enjoy the flexibility of an independent contractor with us at Freightlined Carriers LLC.

Responsibilities :
- Arrive on-site at 6am to load deliveries in a company provided 26-foot box truck
- Drive locally to make 8-12 deliveries per day
- 400 miles driven daily
- Work effectively with Helper or Driver pair to achieve a streamlined delivery
- Assemble, hook-up, install, and setup items in-home
- Coordinate and communicate with dispatch staff to ensure on-time delivery
- Take pictures to certify delivery via POD entry at delivery location
- Home every day
- Return to customer site to return any undelivered items each day
- Maintain clean and organized tools and blankets inside box truck
