As a White Glove Contract Driver, you'll be responsible for the crucial final leg of the delivery process, ensuring packages get from the warehouse directly to customers' doors.
Do you have a drive for independence and a strong work ethic? We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as 1099 Contractor High End Contractor Driver positions. Deliver and assemble furniture, electronics, washer / dryer sets and other miscellaneous items at customer’s homes. Responsibilities :
- Arrive on-site at 5 : 30 am to load deliveries in a company provided 26-foot box truck
- Drive locally to make 12-16 Residential deliveries per day
- Work effectively with Helper or Driver pair to achieve a streamlined delivery
- Assemble, hook-up, install, and setup items in-home
- Coordinate and communicate with dispatch staff to ensure on-time delivery
- Take pictures to certify delivery via POD entry at delivery location
- Home every day! 10-hour shifts
- Return to customer site to return any undelivered items each day
- Maintain clean and organized tools and blankets inside box truck
