Job Purpose Summary

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the customer onboarding process and ensuring the customer is fully onboarded in a timely manner. They are the SPOC (single point of contact) for the customer and are responsible for all aspects of the implementation process. These include setting up the account properly to meet requirements, training the customer, ensuring all requirements from other team members are completed on time while exceeding customer needs, documenting the customer SOP's, and ensuring that the customer is fully engaged.

Essential Job Functions/Requirements:

· Manage onboarding projects to be completed within the required timelines.

· Keep all systems updated with the necessary data.

· Understand the onboarding process and make sure it's followed.

· Have in-depth knowledge of the FreightPOP software and stay up to date with any changes made or features added.

· Provide solutions to the customer's needs and workflows based on how our application works.

· Understand and stay up to date with the logistics and standard shipping processes to consult the customer through best practices.

· Be the key communicator between the customer and all other departments to guarantee successful onboarding.

· Work with the manager to keep the processes up to date.


Job Qualifications

· Client Onboarding Experience: 2 years experience preferred.

· Project management: 2 years experience preferred.

· Customer Support Experience 2 years experience preferred.
