What are the responsibilities and job description for the INDUSTRIAL HVAC / REFRIGERATION SERVICE TECHNICIAN position at freije Engineered Solutions Company?
We're looking for Industrial HVAC / Refrigeration Service Technicians in the Indianapolis, IN area to join our growing team at fr?ij?. The technician will provide preventative maintenance, startup new equipment, troubleshoot and diagnose, and repair various commercial and industrial HVAC / Refrigeration equipment. This role reports to the Industrial Service Manager. This work will be performed on industrial sites such as pharmaceutical manufacturers, power plants, and chemical facilities.
Responsibilities :
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC / R equipment
- Inspect / troubleshoot / evaluate / repairs of HVAC / R equipment
- Document work performed and submit on smart device (IPAD or phone)
- Assist with providing information to quote various repair work
- Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and repair parts
- Explain HVAC issues and recommendations of repairs with customers
- Adhere to all safety procedures
