We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to build relationships, attend networking events, and identify potential clients for our team to close.
The Role
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Freitag Marketing in the business community. Your primary responsibility will be attending networking events, identifying potential leads, and setting up business development meetings to drive new opportunities for our agency. You will qualify prospects and pass them on to our internal team for closing.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in social settings, enjoys meeting new people, and understands the basics of digital marketing.
What You’ll Do:
- Attend 2-3 networking events per week, including BNI meetings, Chamber of Commerce events, and trade shows.
- Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers in the Manchester-Nashua area.
- Identify potential leads and qualify them based on their business needs and fit with our services.
- Set up meetings between qualified leads and our internal team.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track interactions in our CRM.
- Represent Freitag Marketing professionally and communicate the value of digital marketing solutions effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- A people person who thrives on meeting new contacts and fostering relationships.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in introducing digital marketing services to businesses.
- Self-motivated and proactive—able to manage time, set up meetings, and attend events independently.
- A basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, paid ads, etc.).
- Previous sales, business development, or networking experience is a plus but not required—we care more about attitude and willingness to learn.
