Internship Program Details :

We are seeking an intern who can start in January 2025.
This is a full-time or part-time, paid internship lasting 6 months.
This is a hybrid internship : Work onsite in our White Plains, NY office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
Work hours : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday. (30-40 hours / week)

What You’ll Do :

Support with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis to Director of Logistics.

Ensure integrity and accuracy of data within the Supply Chain team and flowing through from our business partners.

Liaise with the different departments in the organization and outside partners to follow up on any challenges or discrepancies within the data.

Participate in ad-hoc analytical projects as needed.

Support Director of Logistics with new product development (NPD) project management.

Pricing / Specs file maintenance. Work with wineries for most current bottle / case specs & have Freixenet Mionetto files updated.

Audit current Certificates of Label Approval on file ensuring all are most current versions.

Assist with data maintenance in SAP, ensuring all items have complete & current specs.

Assist with monthly domestic warehouse inventory reconciliation.

Work with Henkell Freixenet to initiate reduced-paper operations within Logistics Dept.

Assist with testing process for freight-forwarder EDI implementation in SAP.

Email Customs brokers invoices & COLAs for customs clearance.

Ad Hoc Requests : Be a hands-on proactive member of the Logistics Team to help ensure projects run smoothly.

Internship Requirements / Qualifications :

Currently pursuing a BA / BS or Master’s degree in a related field or a recent graduate.

Able to work onsite at our White Plains, NY office Monday through Thursday.

Can commit to a minimum of 6 months for the internship.

Legally able to consume alcoholic beverages in the state of NY.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive team player with a go-getter attitude.

Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
