What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Clinician position at Fremont Counseling Service?
Community mental health center located in the heart of Wyoming is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide mental health (including emergency/crisis services) and substance use disorder treatment services in our Lander, Wyoming location. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8a-5p and participation in the after-hours/weekends on-call rotation is required.

Fremont Counseling Service is a small, but mighty, team of dedicated individuals that have a passion for helping others. Our organization is a CARF accredited, private, non-profit, community mental health and substance use disorder treatment center that has been serving rural Fremont County since 1959.
Requires a current, independent, unencumbered mental health professional license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the State of Wyoming. (Provisionally licensed providers will be considered and are encouraged to apply.)
- Services (outpatient and intensive outpatient) are provided in-person or via telehealth.
- On the job training provided and job shadowing may be required before working independently.

Compensation: $70,000 annually plus benefits. Based on qualifications and independent licensure status. (Compensation for provisionally licensed staff: $60,000 annually plus benefits.)
