What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Swim Instructor position at Fremont Family YMCA?
· Lead swim instructors in lesson plans as determined by Aquatics Director. Work with supervisor to develop objectives and goals for each program session
· Communicate with Parents and take attendance
· Supervise swim instructor to ensure they are using proper techniques and give examples of alternatives to skills.
· Ensure health, safety, and well-being of children in programs by providing close supervision of all activities
· Create an atmosphere in which all participants can have fun, are safe
· Provide input to better meet the needs of members and the community
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
