Job Description
Ensure that assigned outlet is opened and closed properly and on time. Ensure that all employees are punctual, in proper uniform, and following correct service procedures. Greet and escort guests to their seats in a friendly and timely manner. Verify that all opening and closing side work is completed.
Job Functions

- Verify all opening and closing side work is completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure assigned outlet is opened and closed properly and on time.
- Ensure that all employees are punctual, in proper uniform, and following correct service procedures.
- Interact with management and casino guests to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure proper types and amounts of linen, flowers, candles, etc., are ordered and received.
- Requisition and maintain control over all inventories of china, glass, silverware, small ware, and uniforms.
- Assist in enforcing all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels for all service personnel in assigned outlet.
- Accurately complete room report on a daily basis.
