What You'll Do :

Greet customers promptly and ensure they receive courteous and effective service

Guide customers through the service process, from initial inquiries to completed repairs

Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs, answering technical questions with confidence

Maintain accurate and efficient documentation of service orders and customer interactions

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs

Promote and sell additional services, ensuring technicians' time is consistently utilized

Monitor Customer Satisfaction Scores to maintain high standards and loyalty

Assist with warranty claims and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

What We're Looking For :

Experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (preferred)

Proven track record of sales and service success with strong customer satisfaction results

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Ability to diagnose vehicle issues and explain solutions clearly to customers

Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen
