Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with current manager to implement an afterschool program that engages students in hands-on activities
- Help to develop programming schedule and activities
- Manage and supervise site staff
- Communicate with program staff, school staff, and student families
- Create a positive, safe and supportive learning environment
Experience:
- Experience working with children or students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and learning theories
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Ability to accommodate different learning styles
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain one
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, early childhood education, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of different ages and backgrounds
- Reliable and punctual
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.04 - $19.32 per hour

- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Fremont, NE 68025: Relocate before starting work (Required)
