Accounting experience is a must-have! Prior experience with Insurance companies or vehicle knowledge is a plus, but are willing to train the right fit, there will be reconciliations with insurance on estimations and collecting payment for claims done through the Collision Center.

Responsibilities
-
Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
-
Computes customer bills.
-
Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; records amount received.
-
Order parts for collision center repair orders.
-
Communicate with all insurance companies regarding repair orders and payments.
-
Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.

Answers all account receivable questions pertaining to collision invoices.

Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.

Updates accounts receivable ledger weekly to for General Manager.

Reconciles accounts receivable and follows up collections as necessary.

Balance out the credit card machine daily.

Fills in for Collision Center Manager with needed.

Sets up Collision Center customer accounts for accounts receivables.

Prepares WIP hours for payroll.

Maintains customer files with all information pertaining to work performed.

Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
