Requirements / Qualifications
ALL APPLICANTS must include resume and cover letter.
Copies of ALL transcripts noting BA Degree (foreign transcripts have been evaluated for US equivalency by a CTC approved agency).
FULLY CREDENTIALED SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGISTS must include either
- a scan or photo of their credential
- or a screenshot of the CTC website showing their credential
INTERN ELIGIBLE by August 2024 must include a letter of appeasement or letter of intern eligibility from their university.
Comments and Other Information
The Fremont Unified School District (FUSD) is located in the City of Fremont, California, within Alameda County. Fremont is part of the Bay Area, located Southeast of San Francisco and nestled near Silicon Valley.
The Special Services department and Administrators will contact highly qualified applicants. Candidates should not contact department directly to request employment.
The following employment procedures will be followed :
1. Hiring staff review applications on file of those who possess the appropriate credential for the assignment.
2. Applicants for the specific assignments will be contacted for a scheduled interview.
3. Hiring staff will recommend candidates to Human Resources.
4. Human Resources staff will offer contracts after review of applicant's qualifications.
5. Applicants will report to Human Resources to complete employment papers, sign contract, and receive authorization documents to report to work.
Since referral and hiring are done by Human Resources, applicants should not contact the department directly to request employment.
