Tennis Coach: Varsity & Middle School
Position Overview:
- Location: FASNY
- Season: Begins March-Mid May
- Practice Schedule: Three times a week
- Competitive Pay: Attractive salary based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and train our high school athletes in both singles and doubles play
- Develop and implement individualized training plans to maximize performance
- Foster a competitive, disciplined, and sportsmanship-driven team culture
- Organize and coach during matches, tournaments, and league events
- Work closely with athletes to improve technical skills, mental toughness, and match strategy

Qualifications
- Previous coaching experience or competitive tennis background (preferred)
- Strong understanding of tennis fundamentals, techniques, and strategies
- Ability to motivate and challenge high school athletes to reach their potential
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with athletes at various skill levels, from novice to advanced
- French not required
