Route Driver / Sales Representative

French Cleaners is looking for a new route driver who can help us deliver exceptional pick-up and delivery service. Our drivers are an essential part of our sales team and will be responsible for developing new customers and are eligible for commission to reward performance.

Responsibilities:

• Pick-up and drop-off customer orders safely.
• Communicate with customers on a regular basis to schedule pickups and special requests.
• Drive and maintain the route delivery van.
• Follow delivery procedures with delivery app technology to track delivery and pickups.
• Work with the production and customer service staff to ensure quality and efficiency of delivery service.

Key Skill Requirements:

• Excellent ability to build rapport with customers. A friendly and polite personality is critical.
• Attention to detail.
• Professional dress and appearance.
• Good Listener.
• Computer/ Cell Phone Operation.
• Available Mon-Fri for deliveries and route sales growth efforts.
• Willingness to learn multiple facets of job and assist in other areas.

• Previous driver experience preferred. Candidate must be comfortable driving a high-top delivery van.
• Clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
