Responsibilities include:
- Helping to maintain and improve on-line storefronts
- Helping to manage holiday order, special order, and clearance sales process
- Assisting with freight quotes and scheduling
- Maintaining customer data base
- Assisting with preparations for trade shows
- Participating in ongoing efforts to improve the database system
- Answering telephone as needed
- Assisting with sales order entry as needed
- Other responsibilities as assigned
