Historic French Lake Auto Parts, Inc. has been a leader in the automotive recycling industry for over 68 years. Our inventory is always expanding and the amount of scrap we process is always growing. Due to the continued growth in our company, we are looking to add a to our team.
We are seeking an energetic, reliable and positive-minded Counter Sales Representative. The main responsibilities of a Sales Representative revolve around the ability to network, build relationships with clients, and understand and promote our products. We are looking for a well-rounded salesperson that can assist with sales in person, over the phone, and assist with internet sales when needed.
You will assist customers with their purchase of new, used and wholesale parts over the phone, by e-mail and in person. As the first line of communication with the customers, customer service skills are important. You may be asked to assist the internet sales team with listing parts on several internet sites, monitoring the listings for accuracy and answering customer inquiries via e-mail, messaging, and phone. You will assist the customer with their purchase from beginning to end including answering any questions, issuing invoices, processing payments, and handling any disputes or refunds.
Basic automobile knowledge is helpful. Basic knowledge of computers, multi-line telephones, fax machines and general office equipment also helpful. Pay based on experience.
This is a full-time position with the opportunity for overtime. Benefits include flexible work environment, health insurance, life insurance, 401(k) and vacation pay.

Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements
· High school diploma, GED or equivalent
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· Valid Driver’s License
