FPA is currently searching for a full-time Billing Representative for our Wall Township, New Jersey office. This position processes a large volume of weekly and monthly invoices for both public and private clients in the transportation, real estate, institutional, environmental, and energy industries, as well as federal, state, and local governments.

Core Responsibilities
- Prepares and monitors project budgets
- Preparation and processing of invoices and contract documents
- Set up projects according to contract terms
- Monthly project budget reconciliation
- Weekly data entry of various company expenses
- Assist Project Managers with research and resolution of client questions
- Assist Project Managers with ad hoc reports
- Accounts receivable collection assistance
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think critically and problem solve
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good time management skills
What We Are Looking For
- Associates Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience in high volume billing preparation and/or general accounting.
- Experience with Deltek-Vison and Elevia Electronic Invoicing is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Writer, Outlook
