About This Opportunity
FPA is currently searching for a full-time Marketing Coordinator for our Wall, NJ office. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will manage the proposal development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards. We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic, fast-paced Marketing and Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience with proposal submissions in the AEC industry and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment with multiple concurrent deadlines. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and play a key role in winning new business.

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead proposal development from inception to submission, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance requirements.
- Edit, tailor, and refine proposal content to highlight value propositions and differentiate from competitors.
- Develop compliance matrices, manage deadlines, and facilitate key meetings (kick-offs, strategy sessions, pricing reviews).
- Maintain marketing databases, update prequalification documents, and manage CRM systems (Deltek Vision/VantagePoint).
- Assist with marketing collateral, client follow-ups, and interview preparations.
- Monitor procurement sites, track proposal effectiveness, and conduct post-submittal debriefs.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in proposal coordination, preferably within the AEC industry.
- Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes, SF 330, and stage agency prequalification submissions.
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Deltek Vision/VantagePoint preferred.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) a plus.
