We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resident Engineer to join our team in Camden, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience on heavy highway projects that include paving, bridge, and/or drainage.

Core Responsibilities
- Serve as a Resident Engineer on New Jersey Agency projects and perform on-site inspection for heavy highway projects.
- Assist in the review of Cost Estimates and project submittals.
- Oversight of additional inspection staff in the field.
- Coordinate with Project Managers.
- Travel to project sites when required.
- Perform office-related work when not performing construction inspection.
- Ensure daily contractor operations are in accordance with Contract Documents.
- Keep organized and up-to-date project files.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Civil Engineering school is required.
- Professional Engineering (PE) License or valid NICET III/IV Certification is required.
- Experience performing construction inspection on prior New Jersey Agency projects.
- Minimum of eight (8) years' experience as a Resident Engineer.
- Advanced ability to read and understand Contract Documents.
- Ability to pass a TWIC Background Check.
- Ability to perform Night work, if required.
