This Opportunity
FPA is currently searching for a full-time Senior Project Manager - Transportation at our office in Bethlehem, PA.
This position will play a key role in managing the firm's growth in the Eastern Pennsylvania Region. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, demonstrate a strong knowledge of PennDOT and AASHTO Design Standards, and have a proven track record of successful project procurement and delivery for PennDOT, PTC, Counties, and other agencies in Pennsylvania.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a variety of transportation improvement projects
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and staffing needs
- Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for the Pennsylvania Transportation Market
- Work closely with senior management on pursuit identification and proposal preparation
- Business development and client management
- Provide oversight and mentorship of staff
- Represent FPA at industry events, technical seminars, and business development opportunities
- Collaborate with staff members from other disciplines on large-scale projects
