Duties
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes during busy service periods.
- Support banquet and catering operations by ensuring that all service items are clean and ready for use.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
