Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for transactions.
- Uphold high standards of guest services in a nightclub or restaurant setting.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS, OpenTable) is advantageous.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
