What You’ll Be Doing :
- Prepare food quickly and accurately, following recipes and plating guidelines
- Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized throughout your shift.
- Complete daily prep tasks and ensure all ingredients are properly labeled, dated, and stored.
- Take ownership of kitchen cleanliness, including prep areas, dish pit, and storage spaces.
- Wash, dry, and put away dishes to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Follow all food safety and kitchen procedures, including FIFO, temperature checks, and proper storage.
- Work closely with baristas and store leadership to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a friendly, customer-first attitude—your work behind the scenes directly impacts the customer experience!
- Assist with produce orders when needed and notify management of any maintenance issues.
- Complete opening and closing checklists based on your shift.
