Barista
Our Baristas are multitaskers who are committed to customer satisfaction through excellent service and beverages. They are punctual, organized, and always ready to work together with others in a fast-paced work environment with a polite and engaging personality. Baristas are willing to learn new methods and recipes in order to improve and maintain company standards.
Other responsibilities:
- Engage with customers while educating them on menu items
- Uphold food safety practices and procedures
- Maintain and replenish stock within the station
- Refill necessary milks, sauces, and syrups
- Keep bar area and equipment clean and sanitized
- Communicate customer feedback to management
Skills and requirements:
- Strong communication and math skills
- Experience with brewing equipment
- Previous Barista experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
