What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner position at French Workshop?
Our Cleaners work well with others and ensure that the shop is clean and safe for guests and team members. They help in cleaning and sanitizing all work and dining areas while performing daily inspections and necessary maintenance work.
Other responsibilities:
- Cleaning and restocking areas in front of house and back of house
- Clean spills and messes as quickly as possible
- Inspect dining and various work areas
- Wash and replenish utensils and equipment
- Ensure all operations meet food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms
- Conduct weekly deep cleanings
- Help in receiving and storing deliveries
- Organize storage areas
Required:
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Able to work up to 8 hour days standing, walking, climbing up and down stairs
- Able to work in hot and cold conditions, freezers and refrigerators
