Studio Concierge / Front Desk Associate Responsibilities
- Front desk operations (Booking appointments, welcoming guests, studio tours)
- Front desk operations (Membership and gift card sales)
- Exceptional customer service (Implementation of our guest experience cycle; goal is to exceed customer expectations from initial inquiry to ongoing customer relationship management)
- Point-of-sale system (customer check-in / out, appointment confirmation calls)
- Studio maintenance (opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties)
- Party-room preparation for events
- Retail sales
