• Collaborate with ownership to review financial performance, set goals, and
continuously look for process improvements.
• Champion local marketing, community outreach, and guest engagement eRorts
that bring the Frenchies vibe to life beyond the studio walls.
What You Bring to the Table
• 2 years of management experience (beauty or retail industry preferred)
• A love for people leadership, a knack for organization, and a serious attention to
detail
• High standards, big energy, and a can-do mindset
• Nail Tech License a bonus, but not required
